12-Step
Serenity |
The
12-Step Serenity is a Christian support group
headed by Sister Bonnie Richardson,
meets each Monday night at 7pm for those who
suffer from the sin of compulsive and/or additive
behavior
such as drugs, alcohol and eating disorders
just to name a few. As a Christian support
group,
the 12-Step Serenity Ministry purpose is to
fellowship in spiritual recovery as each one
become and
live reconciled with God as they gain a better
understanding of the disease of addition. As
each individual is built up and strengthen
in their faith in Christ, they render dedicated
service to others who are suffering as they
once
had. The 12-Step Serenity Ministry information
can be found in the vestibule. |

Ministry
|
As the Audio/Visual ministry
it is our call to allow the worship leaders
to minister to the Body of Christ, and
to reach lost souls. To achieve this goal,
we
agree
to minister behind the scenes in providing
for and anticipating the technical, physical,
and spiritual needs of the ministry leaders.
We must also commit ourselves to the Study
and Involvement of the ministry. In doing
so we ensure that God’s word will go
forth unimpeded to reach the ears, eyes and
hearts
of both the Body of Christ, and the unsaved.
As the Audio/Visual Team we must
invest ourselves in the study of what we have been called to do…“Not
To Be Perfect, But To Be Faithful”. |

First
Aid Ministry
|
The
First Aid Ministry provides a variety of
services to the church congregation and also
to the community. The First Aid Ministry
promotes and assists in maintaining physical,
emotional and mental health. First Aid does
not replace the medical expertise or the
advice of anyone’s personal physician.
The goal is to offer simple medical assistance
and to help any individual in a medical situation
until they are stabilized or until EMS arrives. We
welcome all interested persons who are willing
to “work”.
First Aid is looking for people who will be
attentive to the congregation and will go when
and where they are needed. First Aid not only
plans to function in the church community,
but to be active participants in the surrounding
community in the very near future. All suggestions,
comments and assistance are always appreciated
and welcome.
