As the Audio/Visual "Media Ministry" it is our call to allow the worship leaders to minister to the Body of Christ, and to reach lost souls. To achieve this goal, we agree to minister behind the scenes in providing for and anticipating the technical, physical, and spiritual needs of the ministry leaders. We must also commit ourselves to the Study and Involvement of the ministry. In doing so we ensure that God's word will go forth unimpeded to reach the ears, eyes and hearts of both the Body of Christ and the unsaved. As the "Media Ministry" Team we must invest ourselves in the study of what we have been called to do."Not to be Perfect, yet to be Faithful in Service"

Your Name, Address, Date, and Phone Number are REQUIRED in order to process your request. Your request will not be processed until payment has been received by the Church

For each CD or DVD you must fill out a separate order for each corresponding date and/or time.
Example: (1) CD (1) DVD - 1st Sunday Fellowship = 1 order request
- however -
(1) CD (1)DVD - 1st Sun. Fellowship & (1) DVD 10am May 3rd Worship
would require 2 seperate order requests

"Seperate requests" are in place to prevent wasteful duplication, incorrect payments & receipt of incorrect media. If there is any possibility of confusion please clarify your request in the "Additional questions or comments" space provided.
